Has anybody fitted twin su carbs on a maestro turbo?

I'm in the process of converting my maestro turbo to run twin carbs. What do you need to know?

Thought it would be a good mod and was sure i have seen it done but not sure where to startso any help would be appreciated

The most difficult thing to do is make up an inlet manifold to mount the two carbs. Then I got Burlen to make up a working throttle linkage. This was relatively cheep to do though you can use a throttle linkage from another twin SU set up like Dolomite sprint for example. Burlen also rebuilt my two SU carburettors as I wanted the system to look shiny and new and running perfect lol. You'll then need to set up the carbs to run a Manual choke conversion – one closed the other functional. That's as far as I have got at the moment as I have yet to install a new engine in my maestro turbo. See my website http://www.mgmaestroturbo.com/--2/
