Montego Estate seat upgrade

One of the many things that lets down the interior of my Countryman is the upholstery. It has a few fag burns and shows some wear and it is in a fabric that I don't really like that much.

I was round the scrappies this morning and saw a lovely set of grey leather seats in a Rover 400. They look to be a similar size and the rear seat has the armrest the same. Anyone tried this conversion? Is it easily do-able?
