What a beautiful car, I was seriously tempted with this but have my heart set on a turbo. I have been looking for ages but cannot find one, I just know that if I bought this then the turbo would turn up!!

I did see that one thank you, it is a beautiful car but my intention is to restore one to as close to factory spec as possible, it is a bit too modified for my liking and the colour change puts me off. It will be a fabulous car for someone though, just not me. If anyone has anything lurking please let me know, I'm not afraid of a bit of work! Thank you.

Make sure you tell them about the club, the club website, and the club's monthly North-West area meet! We can't let this car drop out, as it were!

Knows all about me from the site Sam as I recommended he look at some of the history of the car on here. Another reason he knew the car was genuine

I think I was on 13 late last year. Other half would like to see one more go but for a change there's no pressure!!

Just need to choose which one. However, ownership of the S is being passed back to boy for his first car, I get to run his hle for a bit but the daughter has her eyes on it for April/May time.

Could be my chance to actually add to the fleet

Car has been picked up and is on it's way to Manchester. Sorry to see it go but hey ho.
It will be seen about as the new owner will be joining the club.

Just out of interest Jeff, where did the buyer see your Montego advertised for sale bearing in mind it was advertised on several websites?

It was advetised on two websites only David, this one and carandclassic.
It sold from carandclassic but the history is one here

It did end up being listed on a few, I have seen it on retro rides and I can't remember where else! It certainly got people's admiration! Although you may not have posted your adverts anywhere else I think others did link to them for you.
