    might have one.

I brought a new one last week in a futile attempt and getting the car though the emissions test (more in a post to come!) So the old one with nothing wrong should be available. Will know more tomorrow when I get the car back.

            yep

A new fuel ecu as well. I said everything!

Just collected the car with it's new MOT, garage had to restrict air flow so much for test it was lumpy as hell. I know have 12 months to get to the source of the problem!

                    will do the same

Saturday brings a little time to sort though what the garage did or didn't do, plus post the ECU number. From my research the one car in all the AR range that does not seem to have a definitive ecu number is a late unleaded MG Maestro!

If you seen the pictures on Facebook? would be shame to break, but if I can't get it running then it will keep other mg maestro's on the road being spilt for parts

Does the car warm up? Have you tried altering the mixture screw on the throttle body?

Hi Jeff, car has no spark doesn't start, got another ecu changed coil and crankshaft sensor still no spark given up on it, unless someone has idea what else it could be, also changed relays 1 and 5.
Its shame really can't be many on a (j) mg maestro's about.
