  • [Wanted] Maestro turbo wanted

    Wanted mg maestro turbo any colour but green,I don't mind about condition anything considered from a restoration to a show car but must run paintwork not to important

      Erm, that an MG Maestro Turbo? Got 2 out of 3 in the wording
      1958 Ford Consul Convertible. I love this car

        do you want a proper turbo or a one off 8v injection turbo, that's quicker and more reliable, and stands out in a crowd.. regards ricky

            it is not as good as the photos any more, flat paint etc..

            comes with a new turbo which was the main reason I stopped using it, it was smoking on idle and heavy accelerating, been stood a couple of years now..

                  Montego turbo in what looks like good nick on eBay now. Might be worth a go. You could be waiting a while for a maestro turbo to come up for sale now.

                      If you're stuck looking for a Turbo and fancied going down the conversion route, I know where there's an MG Maestro 2.0 EFi going. It's definitely a restoration project now, even if it was pretty good when it was parked up 4 years ago!
