Wanted - Maestro Driver's side A panel

Usual scenario. Been looking at two small rust scabs on the driver's side A panel for years. Did nothing about them and now they have now developed into major holes!!

Has anyone got a whole A panel section (a good second hand one cut from a donor car would be ok)?
