Rather sad looking G reg 1.3 Maestro Special for sale. This is my Father-in-Law's car, but he's now gone into a Nursing Home.
He's owned her since about 1995 when I think he purchased her from his employer, as it was his company car.
Car is totally complete, but has been SORN and sitting on his driveway since 2012.
This was because it developed a fault where it would only start and run with the key turned, and as soon as you let go of the key, she died.
I may get her running on Sunday and I will ensure that the tyres hold air to aid in getting her loaded up. Currently on front drive nosing onto pavement in quiet side street, so easy to access and remove.
I am open to offers, in excess of her Scrap Value, in a hope that someone can save her, or use her as a donor to keep others going.
Buyer Collects, to be picked up or trailered away. No MOT and not roadworthy.
I have around 90 photos of her if anyone wants to see them. A couple attached for reference.
