internal ladder rack for BT Maestro van

Im looking for the internal ladder holder that mounted to the roof of the inside of a Maestro Van for BT in the 80s.
Can anyone help?

Have to assume that's a rare thing. I know not a lot about Vans but I expect you may have to wait a bit for one of those? If it's metal it could be fabricated?
