    Hi does anyone know where I can get these parts for a Austin maestro 1.6 s series they have both failed

    The company that supplied & presumably fitted the unit in the second picture was dissolved on 3 March 2020, unless you can find another Maestro/Montego with one fitted it will probably be easier to put it back to standard.

          I don't recognise it & can't find it on the parts list. Could it be a fuel shut off solenoid valve? How you disconnect the other bit depends on how it is connected, I'd guess that it is most likely connected to the ignition ecu on one side & that the cable that used to go to the ignition ecu is plugged into the other side. If this is the case, then very easy to bypass it by plugging the original cable back into the ECU, if not tthen more information needed....
