Reminds me of one that was for sale in the Dorset area a few years ago. Same colour and year and without a rear spoiler

I saw this car traveling through East Devon about three years ago (I made a note of its registration number) and it certainly looked tidy then.

Hope it goes to a good home, even more so given the rarity of Strata Grey metallic which was offered on the MG Montego from September 1987 until September 1988.

I remember this being for sale before I bought the Mayfair - if I recall the guy was a bit awkward is sending pics and info given it would have been a distance sale! Love the colour - not too far from in the scheme of things....

I've been speaking to the owner of this car and it is the one from Devon. I have some more pics if anyone is interested I can send or maybe post on here (with owners permission) It looks pretty good from the pics - rust around the sill ends but not too bad - weird single wiper set up as the linkage broke!

I was tempted but would mean moving on the Mayfair which my daughters tell me is not going to happen - or renting a garage somewhere!
