    'Fraid all I see in them is some very useful spares-on-wheels which realistically we can't get hold of

        First chance to do anything for a few weeks last night, watched it, very good and very funny, back on form then
        1958 Ford Consul Convertible. I love this car

            They are still made in china. I wrote to the manufactures to try and get some parts, they gave me a list of suppliers b ut I still have had no reply from any of them. I tried to get some door seals sent to me or at least to get them to put them on ebay, but china I think are good at producing crap but even more crap at selling the parts to a private buyer unless you buy £10k worth.

                We have a Chinese Maestro on the forum - hopefully that means we have a Chinese speaker who might be able to help negotiate.

                  I'm even on the chinese car forum but all they chat about is bull....
                  nobody interested in supplying the goods or doing a few calls to source items, so much so that I have now taken to making stuff for myself.
