I take it you two are on about the turbo ha. But some ones more than doubled there money on that A plate base pictured. I seen it driving round Darlington a few times then it appeared on eBay as linked below. Just over two months later the next owner who appears to be a dealer has sold it for over twice the price Think everyone from up North should drive there cars to London to sell lol.

I'm not so sure at the moment. It may have reached around £1800 with the London seller, but it has now been relisted and is on approx. £250 at the moment.
Having said that, it probably does pay to get a decent car and move it south to resell it, as I have lost count of the number of people fom south of Birmingham (ish) who see a nice car for sale 'up north' and then say they would love to have it but it's too far away!Last edited by digital efi; 11th February 2014, 21:37.1983 (Y) MG 1600

That's bad news. Haven't seen them at shows for a good few years now, they always use to be at the local ones. Hope he finds it in himself to start coming again at some point in the future.MG Maestro Turbo #500
