I find it depends which Maestro I drive. The 1.3 Clubman seems to bring out some arrogance in people and they usually try to overtake quite aggressively (but not always successfully). The MG on the other hand seems to get a lot of favourable comments, even in its slightly tatty state, and I rarely have trouble from other motorists overtaking (generally because I am going faster than them!). Since I seem to have the only MG Maestro on the road in my part of Derbyshire (though I've seen its twin parked up near Heanor) its become a bit of a celebrity on my commute, along with the guy who travels to work every day in a Volvo Amazon.
