  • Turbo cooling fan and duct

    Hi Everyone
I'm finally getting my Montego turbo back together and in need of some parts, which I’m hoping someone can help with:-
firstly, the round 2 pin electrical connector on the wiring loom which the carb cooling fan plugs in to.
secondly the “spout” that is attached to the bottom of the carb that the cooling flexi duct pushes on to.
If you can help, please let’s me know.
    Cheers
    Rich

The two pin connection from memory is the same for electric windows connection for cars pre facelift in the doors, if the wiring is already in place you can just attach push in connections.
The carb cooling flute is the carb heat shield, part number UAM 2263, that attaches to the back of the plenum and the stay bar under the carb, the flute part is an extension of that, the carb cooling duct attaches to it at one end and the fan at the other end, picture for reference https://maestro.org.uk/forums/filedata/fetch?id=338463

Unfortunately I’m not going this weekend, but £35 is great - thank you. If you send me your details I’ll transfer the money today.

I've spoken to Gary who owns this and he will be in touch as it's not mine
