    I am now on the road, its passed its MOT today, wheel cylinder + bottom ball joint, managed to get agreed valuation, and taxed it ,just awaiting for an oil cap which ive managed to lose ? on the way home, so by weekend we will be out and about as they say.

                  Have to say was never convinced about the colour as my old boy used to have a triumph acclaim in it with a lovely brown velour interior. My opinion is changing though as that looks lovely Norman. Congrats

                    My favourite colour combo too, Opaline Green with red carpets and belts etc!

                      It looks amazing, Norman. I bet it is even better in the flesh.

                      I also agree with Oli. Opaline Green is the best colour for a 1600, closely followed by Arum White for me.

                            The other Mg Maestro, the one that the Express Valeter used to own, is not for sale. That is what the owner told me only last week. It's a pity...

                              That's nice! Very similar colour to a Rover 216 VP I had, think that was called silk green though.
