                No really, it's a scam, a joke, an Internet troll etc etc... There are no cars left in any secret storage areas etc.. The cars all needed a certificate of destruction for the dealers to get there £1000 from the government and the other £1000 from the manufacturer. The cars went to scrap yards, some parts did get reused but most of the vehicles were actually scrap so went straight to the crusher. There was a slight backlog towards late 09 but this was soon caught up by early 2010. There really is nothing left to be saved.

                          The storage area in those photos is used by various vehicle importers and exporters, they aren't the scrap page scheme cars. Cars are in and out of there 24/7.

                              I reposted this link on RM web which is a huge model railway forum and various people have posted links to pictures of cars still being extant from this scheme
