The barn now no more. All remaining parts have been skipped or scrapped.
Shame someone didn't want to come up and strip the remaining MG Maestro for good body panels as it had new offside complete rear wing and new fuel filler pocket, new offside sill, new rear panel, new nearside rear arch, good B posts, all waiting to be taken off.
Good to see Ray, Sean, Ricky, Keith and Adrian all helping and having free parts as a thanks for their help.
Many thanks for your help over the 10 years of the existence of the barn Mal

Back Home. Barn 99.9% cleared. Just a few things Cameron has to finish, and a few bit's I forgot to load up! (DOH). Big Thanks go out to the Helpers!

          End of an era Jeff!

Despite everything that could be classed as 'negative" over the ten years the barn was in go, we did what we set out to do, which was to save cars, parts, and help as many owners as we could.

Yes it was a shame about the black efi, but when ricky goes up for the final visit to "decapitate" the black efi (to provide mental with a new roof), I will ask him to salvage the new filler pocket for me.

We have two "M's" left now, the black 1.6L Montego that there is very little interest in, and Fiona's Black efi.

Once the EFI has had it's rework done, and my 827 is sorted out, both it and the Monty will likely go on ebay.

No more M's for us, time to move on.

          it's certainly been "Interesting" LOL

Good luck with your new endeavours Mal. Car shows won't be the same without your van and stall.

If you mean the black one at the barn with new rear quarter panel/filler pocket/sill/rebuilt back panel and passenger arch?

Its sat on pallets partly stripped awaiting cutting up.

No one wanted it "as is", someone said they wanted the shell, but failed to appear.

So parts have been salvaged for Jeff, Keith, Ray, and Ricky's cars, and the roof and filler pocket will be cut out.

                  Rest will be scrapped.

I think that's the one I sent an offer of £2500 for? The low mileage one. I've not heard back either???

The Barn is Dead! the Barn is Dead! Long Live the Barn!
Cameron has handed in the keys, all but one scrapper gone, no more barn!.

(Re 28k efi: it has gone into a Private collection, likely to rarely venture out)
