  • A series turbo engine

    May not be for this forum but i work with a guy who wants to sell one. I think its complete and he want's £800 for it sounds expensive to me but i have no idea on prices. pm me if interested and i will get his number.

    £800? For a metro turbo engine? Bit expensive?

      Depending on whats included and the overall condition Jeff, it's not too far off the mark.

      A complete car in need of full restoration is now bringing in prices in excess of a grand.

      If it's a good solid proven engine with Turbo etc ready to drop in, then I would guess it's not too pricey a number to start at.

            They go for stupid money these days, in 2007 when I bought my turbo people were bidding over a grand and it was obvious they were going to break the car
