Newbie owner with a old school cool mg montego!

Hello to ladies and gents,

My name is Grahame im from just outside of sunny york just purchased a mg montego and will be requiring some work etc. I joint own a fabrication workshop so will be repairing parts that are needed etc and try to build copies of items i cant buy anymore. so a heads up on parts that cant be get hold of let me know please haha.

Plans are to get it cleaned up get rid of the rust and get it sorted ready for next year get to track days with it and show them that the old motors can still play with the big boys.

David Smith who is Al's dad used to race the car years ago. He does get on here sometimes. Neil raced it in 2009. There is a small thread on Facebook about it but I can't past if on here from my phone
