Hi, I’ve just joined and wanted to say a quick hello and introduce myself.
I’m Mark and own a 1989 Maestro van which has been in the family for over 25 years. It has been in storage for a long time and is looking very sorry for itself. It’s time for restoration has finally come though and I’ll be starting soon. If anyone knows of any vans available for parts I’d love to hear from them. At minimum I need a new windscreen, drivers seat and a few difficult to find panels such as sills and front valance. I intend to do some big trips with it next year (Covid permitting) and have entered it into a 10,000 mile car rally to Mongolia!! Fingers crossed, what could go wrong?!
