    Hi everyone,

I have been a member for some time but after struggling to find some part numbers recently it is time to introduce myself to the knowledgable members on here

My dad bought our 1994 non turbo Diesel Maestro Van when I was 3, and I learned to drive in it and used it as my daily driver until relatively recently. It still gets plenty of use, but it has got to the stage where it is put away for the winter now. In around 2014 the van was featured in Monstro's Maestro Van 30th anniversary special.

A picture of the van dressed up in it's finery for my wedding is attached.

Looking forward to chatting with other owners!

    Hello,
Got to love a Maestro van, looks very well kept. Last of the Rover made one's to?.
When I was self employed would have bought one of these but , where to old by then ( I think the van had to be under 5 years old).
Ended up with a escort van one of the last ones, had to carry a spare battery and a set.of jump leads with me at all times, took 5 minutes to start every morning.
What's the mileage on the van , was a very good engine in these?

The van is at 131,098 miles now, and yes we love the Perkins engine, you can hear it coming for miles.

Made when diesel engine lasted, and not full of electrics.
Progress I suppose , although don't use my own van for work , don't what to get rid, just so usefull.
