    Hi
I know that cracking is a common problem with the dashboard in the Maestro, and mine has a couple of minor ones, still quite small. Can anyone recommend a compound to repair the cracks? I’d like to sort the problem before it gets too bad.
    Regards
    Seth

I used builders caulk on mine, but it really depends on how bad (as in deep or wide) the crack is. Basically you need to drill small holes at each end of the vinyl split to stop it spreading further, remove any vinyl that is standing proud of the surface and then using a small spatula fill the crack back to the surface. Then just before the caulk hardens, use a small sponge to impress a pattern in the caulk surface. Ideally then repaint the whole fascia with grey PVC paint (available from Halfords).
