Welcome to the Maestro and Montego Owners Club. Why not post in the Welcome & Feedback forum and introduce yourself?
I'm after the size of MG ones if they are different. I'm just trying to determine how much mine has been lowerd. I want to buy some different springs that are an inch higher than what I currently have. I think it's 2" lower than standard but would like to be sure before I spend out on a set.
Or could someone just measure the height of an MG for me. Just measure to the bottom of the front door or sill etc if anyone can please.
Perhaps put up a picture. There were two "standard" drops available. 1 inch and 2 inch. there were probably others out there but those are the biggest selling items I think.
1 inch drop is sensible.
2 inch less so (in my opinion of course!)
Having said that I want to drop my van 2 inches because of its original monster truck height!
It's for my MG not the van. The other reason I'd like to know is because it has leda struts on & I need to know if standard size springs will fit or if the springs are different diameter.

Not sure if it's the same for a Maestro but here are the Monty rear spring sizes free length
