Maestro bottom arm ball joints

I'll make it short - struggling to find maestro van lower arm ball joints, this is for the 700L van arm they the same as the cars one part fits all ??
just many suppliers list car derivatives only

Cars (Maestro and Montego) and vans are all the same, only variation is that very early ones were the same on each side, whereas later (post 1986 iirc) are handed.
