Spring aids/bumpstops - dimensions

Hi all,
The bump stops on my Maestro Turbo have inevitably mummified and crumbled to dust. Of course they are NLA, does anyone have dims of the originals so I can go hunting?

Thanks, tried to order some but unfortunately seller won't take my money, and won't say why... and while the rear kit seems reasonably available the front isn't.
So I have found some alternatives locally that I will test out.

Strange that they didn't want to sell you them, when they still have them listed. I would guess that MK2 VW Golf ones might be somewhere near, but have never tried them.....
