tube notching using angry grinder!
1 mark throat depth
2 mark cut lines, 1/3 tube diameter
3 cut with cutting disc
4 smooth with grinding disc
5 fits perfect! (hopefully)
i thought the bending would be the hard part, but getting the notches in the right place takes patience!!

weekends progress; back stays need tacking and then waiting for more tube to do harness bar and second door bars, then off to get welded properly.

all tacked up ready to go to be welded properly! next job will be to prep shell for paint
