Would be good if some of these cars could be rescued whole and put back on the road instead of being picked apart for spares. A big task I know, but has to be worth it for some of those late models like the L-reg GTi (very rare for a petrol saloon to be registered that late) and the K***CAC black MG.

Wow, what an amazing find! Some nice looking cars there. The MG and GTi look saveable as does the red VP. Looks like a gold monty which is totally covered in bush! Also looks like a silver HL with the building block on the roof, and an early one too as no side repeaters...

Oh how I miss my Monty collecting days!

Going back this weekend to try to locate the owner of the cars, if I can, with his permission I will take more pics and get some registration numbers/details and let you all know what if anything is for sale although I was told that he was not prepared to part with anything but your right it is a shame to let them go to the dogs... you can only do so many things in one life time and cant see him doing all these can you.... keep you posted

          Cheers
          Carl

Looks to be an early VP. It may have leather but could have box velvet seats.

Yes, it's an LX isn't it.

It's a two-tone LX with wood door cappings and MG spoilers, by the look of that.

oooh i could spend all day looking at those!

that GTI is ultra rare and the red VP and black mg are also standouts for me

why buy up so many montys and then let them rot!
