      He can't leave negative feedback though. You paid and he has to give positive comments. If he does contact ebay and they'll delete it.

      I think this is important to let people know. Otherwise there'd be no bad news and that's not a fair picture of reality.

        Sellers can't leave negative feedback for buyers, there's no facility to do so.
