Non sent items on ebay

Just noticed that as of yesterday the seller has received his first negative feedback, for refusing to sell an MG Turbo carb for the winning price. Despite having received quite a lot of excellent feedback so far, sadly it sounds like this chap is in fact somewhat of a prize bell-end.

He can't leave negative feedback though. You paid and he has to give positive comments. If he does contact ebay and they'll delete it.

I think this is important to let people know. Otherwise there'd be no bad news and that's not a fair picture of reality.

Sellers can't leave negative feedback for buyers, there's no facility to do so.
