        Have those metal bumpers been resprayed? They look in remarkable condition for an '89!! Usually the metal bumpers look bubbled and lose the shine! I've seen K-reg clubmans with rustier bumpers!

          Thanks. The bumpers have been replaced, but not with new ones. They are shiney because I keep them waxed!

            Here's my car looking unusually spotless. My dog, pictured, is also a Maestro fan! The bumpers on my car have all the texture of sandpaper as the last owner painted them with gloss paint and a brush when they were dirty!

                        Nov 1994 2.0 TD maestro clubman 96,000 miles and climbing. I am the second owner. Bought it locally but it originally came from Stockport.

                              You replied quick! Well...it was a bit of a challenge modifying the rear end to accept the plastic bumper mountings but now it is a piece of 80's nostalgia.
