  • Maestro 1600 LX auto 1990

    Hello
I have just entered the world of the Maestro
    with a 1990 Maestro 1600 LX auto H39EAY
Incredible Condition 17000 miles and looks genuine Drivers seat nice and hard, steering wheel not worn etc etc
Not much history other than Gov UK Mot reports
Believed to have come from an Estate

This now sits side by side with a Triumph Herald also H registration

Any one have a Maestro in Leicester area

If it is designed the way it sounds from your description, it sounds similar to the Rover SD1 set up..not sure what threads SD1 nuts are, but it was quite Triumph biased, so might be lucky. SD1 had springs behind the wheel trims, spigot, plastic washer and flange on the nut.
