  • sure i have been here before?

    Just joined.
Have had a monty engine in my land rover since 2003.
But I sorned my baby in 2012.
Resurecting it now, and before i do the obvious, and run the engine, am doing the obviously attention needing things.
So chassis repaired and waxoyled, and now I am on electrics.

If that is the sensor from thermostat housing, part number is BDU1777, but on a Land Rover you won't need it, as it is for the fast idle, so you can blank the hole and use the hand throttle instead. If it is the one on the block behind the oil filler part number is BDU2172 or CDU3902 fuel pump cold start, if you blank this one off you'll need to short the wires together. They fall to bits surprisingly easily!
      good luck..
