  • Center Console Removal

The lights on my console associated with the heater controls have gone off and I want to check to see if they have not blown but I'll be a monkies uncle if I can get
the console off to get to the electrics behind it. I have a feeling that I will need to strip a few items out but what and in what order?
Haynes only gives early models, the photo shows the configuration I have, anybody advise me and if the bulbs have blown whee do you get new ones?

    Cheers

The knobs pull off, then the screws that hold the cover panel on are visible, think the bulbs are in the panel behind that one tho', once knobs are off it is easier to see where you are heading, bulbs are tiny capless things, same as clock, motorfactor, scrap yard, ebay or Halfords should have them.

As John says, the knobs just pull/lever off, then remove the cover and behind it are screws if you want to remove the whole thing
