    My EFi seems to suffer with a blow around the manifold, see witness marks on the old gasket.

    In the past I've had some success using a double gasket, does anyone think that's worth a go?

    Or are there any other options to cure it? The manifold looks a bit of a rubbish design with tiny surface area to do the sealing!

    It probably means it's not flat George. You may have to remove it and make it flat. If you have a good paving slab you can rub the surface on that as it makes a great grinder and makes it flat. And doesn't cost, failing that put high temp sealant on the gasket before putting it on
