Hi,
Finally got my engine back together but the rotor arm was a pig to remove and ended up breaking the plastic leaving this metal part. Am I right in thinking this was part of the old arm and needs removing too.. ? The new arm I have (Part number: XR119) has a significantly smaller mounting hole. The image in the Haynes book looks a lot smaller.
Due to the location of the cap (now in RWD format), would it be possible to replace the coil and cap with a 4cyl coil pack (ford based) and still use the Turbo's ECU?
