  • disassemble door moldings

I need to remove the moldings to change the window joints
Does anyone know how to remove it without breaking anything? Thanks

Firstly. What window joints? If you need to remove the door top moulding use a large thin trim removal tool like this , wedge underneath between the door and the moulding and hit the tool with a hammer in various places until it loosens. No guarantee it wont break though but I have used this every time without breaking anything

No worries, just make sure you have the door open and the window open, If doing the front door, also remove the door mirror
