Rear head restraint adjustment

When I collected "Morris" from PoL, the rear seats were down, the boot full of spares, mainly glass, a spare wing, spare light clusters. When I put the spares in the garage and put the seats back up, I had issues with the rear head restraints, one in particular. Ain't touched 'em since but now my "to do list" is getting shorter.

The plastic ring in the seat back at the bottom of the head restraint "pole" - when I depressed that section of the ring, one of the 'restraints wouldn't go fully down.. I'll play about with it more but your advice will, as always, be hugely appreciated.

Ignore me......on this one anyway
Just been for a second look at my rear head restraints.......guess I was a bit tired after the M6, M56, M53 when I first tried to put them in place. In the rear, those plastic rings don't even have the bit you press in!
Anyway, after a bit of tweaking, on both rear head restraints all four plastic rings are now fully 'home' and both 'restraints are fully down. Looks better!

I won't try anymore adjustment, unless it's a full fold.

It gave me the chance to do a bit of wiping, lubrication of the rear seat folding catches, 'levers' too

I always think the back seat is a nice place to sit - the legroom is copious!!
