Just for a change I'm going to start this thread well in advance, rather than at the last minute! The list of Northern Shows for next year is very much under construction, if anyone has any ideas, feel free to pass them on. We have decided to do more charity events this year and fewer commercial ones. This is the charity show that has always been on the list, generally not many Maestros/Montegos have turned up though, possibly because it always sells out and it is often difficult to tell whether or not you can make it until nearer the time, by which time it is too late. It is in a great place in the lake district and the £7 admission fee is for charity, so I've booked in already. Worst case if I can't make it is let organisers know and try to avoid bursting into tears over the £7 I just donated to charity. Hopefully one or two others might make it this year, here is the link for anyone else that is brave enough to book in early. 8 June Saltburn by the sea (free entry)
15 June Lakes charity car show, Staveley.
29 June Burnley classic car show.
19/20 July Silloth vintage rally details tbc.
27 July Ripon classic car gathering.
2 August Hebden Bridge Vintage Weekend.
18 August Wigton Motor Club, Dalemain House.
24 August Blackpool vehicle preservation group, Stanley Park Blackpool

7 September Blackpool vehicle preservation group,Lytham Green
Sunday in September, York Historic vehicle group, Knavesmire (York Racecourse) date tbc

These shows are all either 'non profit', free entry, or are raising money for charity.
