pulling hair out for a certain oil pump! HELP

Also, the gasket used would indicate a flat block without half circle. The other side of the pump is also shown as flat.
Early turbo models have a different pump as shown on page 27 of my montego service manual.
As stated 20HB engine on.
Modifications have been made to the O series engine. These include shorter engine block, crank, camshaft, rear oil seal. The oil pump housing have the oil filter, pressure relief valve have been moved.
Tony has the first 'edition' engine from the looks of it

it is an efi one so needs the turbo oil feed machined in
the out put of the oil pump is the same just the oil feed difference, literally drill and tap the thread.. regards ricky

And if you do need to tap in the oil feed, its a 3/8"UNF thread that is needed.
