  • EARLY 1983 maestro crash pad removal?

Hi all, I've started stripping the maestro and have come to an abrupt halt with the passenger side crash pad. How does this come out?

I think just thē two bolts behind the a pillar on each side, one bolt in the centre & the whole thing should come out, I'm guessing you've already unplugged all thē wiring, taken the various heater tubes & the steering column out?

Ahh, not the whole dash, just the crash pad in the picture, can it be removed on it own?

I'm not sure how easy it will be.. according to the parts list it is held on by three plastic nuts, iirc the heads on the dash nuts are a ba size, so be careful not to round them off, they do not look as if they are easy to get at..
