    Hi guys can anyone tell me the weight of the 2.0 efi and the gearbox too

    Before i try to look this up as it's not normally needed, why would you need this?

      I’m engine swapping one and would like to find out if there is much different for suspension needs before ordering the suspension

          Ah Vauxhall. It shouldn't be much heavier I would expect, ATM I can't find any weights for the engine/gearbox for you

              Not sure how useful this information will be, but Perkins sales brochure listed the diesel engine as weighing 151 kg (turbo) / 146 kg (non turbo), dry & without flywheel, oil filter & starter motor, not sure why they didn't include the flywheel etc, but it might give you a clue if your new engine is a similar weight. Diesel spring rate is 19N/mm Efi seems to have been either 17 or 19, the various spring rates are listed on the chart on this post https://maestro.org.uk/forums/forum/...ht=spring+rate . The weights of the petrol engines seem to have been kept secret...
