Central locking.....not too urgent, but

My central locking only links the driver's door and tailgate. Nothing else opens/closes when I turn the key in the driver's door. Likewise, the passenger door opens/closes independently.
I ain't too bothered, but some advice would be good.

Can be caused by 1) the door mechanism being too stiff for the actuator to move, 2) bad connections in the door multiplugs, or 3) failed actuators. If the lock buttons on the doors that don't work are harder to lift than the ones on the working doors, them most likely 1), but this may have led to 3). Not easy to check without taking the door cards off, the actuators are the same as Discovery 1 and Range Rover classic among other things and a lot of aftermarket kits contain very similar actuators which can be used.

Hmmm....I can thick of one rather stiff internal lock button

Probably worth having a look inside the door and giving it all some lubrication, if the mechanism in the latch gets too stiff it can result in the button not working, getting the door cards off with the doors shut is very difficult!

As per above, remove the door panels and try again with all doors shut. You may find it just needs lubrication etc if the central locking mechanism is working and you can hear it but doesn't lift/close the lever, if not it's easy to replace them or check for power there. The internals do sometimes wear out and don't fully push and retract but the mechanism was used throughout the range in all years, the only difference are the connections to the three slave doors is the loom but you could just swap connections where needed. The main drivers mechanism is different as it controls the rest but again they're all the same
