No problem, did you see the post on the last page with the entry form on it? If you print it off & put it in your windscreen they will direct you to the club stand, it gets you in for free, but we are all planning on making a donation to the charity anyway, see you there!

.......and, sh*t, I did have Dalemain in mind with it being Cumbria, where I originally come from. Somehow, I'd been thinking it was more end of August.......and time flying! Looks a good day.

Damn, I hadn't realised it was pre booking only, do they email passes out, or did they not say?

Damn, damn. damn!! They say you can e-mail a scan/photo of application form but passes will be issued 2 weeks prior to show, by post it seems.

I'll ring 'em again tomorrow to see if they can also e-mail a pass.

And the lesson is.....next year, plan, book well in advance......most are not as easy as PoL !!! (or the Wirral Classic Car Show!)

I'm sure the last time we went to anything at Lytham Hall we just turned up & paid on the day, Dalemain and Hebden Bridge are ticket only, but that is because they always sell out, it seems unlikely that Lytham would sell out, not many people will gamble on it being a nice day in september! Oh well...next time!

I spoke with a Peter Skinner at Lytham Hall today.....he took my name, car details and then e-mailed me an application form but this no longer too critical as he has a note of me. I then paid the £5 admission fee by bank transfer. He then e-mailed my passes to display in windscreen.....but they'll be on my phone if any printing problems.

I've just emailed for tickets for me & Norman, so if all goes to plan we'll be there too and possibly a few more. We used to meet up at this B&Q car park at about 8.30, if they have taken to closing the gate or otherwise sabotaging our plans there are no yellow lines on the road outside, so we can just stop there. https://www.google.com/maps/@53.7902...oASAFQAw%3D%3D I'm guessing that you'll be coming via M55? The link should take you to a picture of the car park, with google maps options to look around/go to a map of the area. If not it is junction 4 of M55, left at motorway roundabout then hard right at the next roundabout, towards Whitehills business park, then B&Q is right at next roundabout. Hopefully see you there...

I was thinking of a more "A" road route, a nice leisurely journey of around 48 miles.....but I'll see....

I'll most likely be leaving around 07:50......so most likely see you on the ground, but looking forward to it, meeting you!
