At the moment Norman has a ticket & I have a ticket, Robert and Julie have emailed to try & get a ticket. If they don't succeed then we could meet you somewhere else if need be, Norman is not far away & I'm not too worried about the odd detour. I'll bring my circuit tester, so we can work out exactly what is wrong with your courtesy lights, if you don't get them working in the meantime, with the tester there is no guesswork involved

Looking at route planners and a good old fashioned road atlas yesterday, I'll be taking the tunnel from Wirral to Liverpool and then the A59 for Preston. Then the A583 and A584 for Lytham.
I have a SatNav which I am plugging into a battery pack and resting on my dashboard "tea tray". The rubber mat gives it grip, perfect! .....and, it probably has newer data than the 11 year old device built into my MG6!

I will have to set off earlier.....a 07:50 departure will cut things too fine - the gates close at 10:00am.


Lytham Hall tell me "there has been a flurry of Montegos" (and Maestros I assume) since my call!
