Guest repliedWasn't being funny Jeff, just didn't know what you wanted from the comments lol.
Keep it up, it's a cracking thread, loads of detail, just how they should be. an interesting read. It can ruin a thread like this with pointless little comments in between IMO.

montego
carry on posting jeff turbo ,only just come across it, i for one have read it from top to bottom, excellent, i too cannot add very much, hope you comment on mine, when i do my mg 1600,this and next year, will need to give finances a well earned rest though, first, so that will be in stages, then i have to figure out how to compile it, you obviously have mastered that ,keep it going.

Should we introduce a 'back-patting' icon?
I'd like to see the progress as it continues personally but it's up to you

Not much encouragement here guys.
I guess no ones interested so I can't see the point of giving anymore updates on the progress.

And more
Carb on
Battery wires tidied up
Non cracked dash waiting to go back in.
The car is taking ages as it's like a jigsaw puzzle as so much has been removed, but it's slowly getting there.
Finding the right nuts, bolts, screws and trim clips in my stash is a bit of a challenge to say the leastLast edited by Jeff Turbo; 25th June 2012, 17:37.

The worse part of re-commisioning the car has now been done today.
Troublesome wiring loom (pic) is out and the loom from the donor is in, all parts (pic)are now with the car and just need to be put on, when we can find the time that is.
The old loom was all burn't behind the fusebox so something was wrong there then.
Taking it's time but slowly getting there Jesus it's been ten months since I picked it up
