MG Montego Turbo goes

    Project re-started today.
    Petrol pump on and wired up.
    Fuel tank on and all connected.
    Fuel filler pipe on and connected.
    Exhaust downpipe on.
    Exhaust middle pipe on.
    Anti roll bar on and bolted up.
    Throttle cable replaced
    Alarm removed.
    Most internal wiring tidied up.
    No bolts on the car so hunting though my spares.

    After nearly a year of just sitting there I finally had half a day this morning spare to re-start work on this car.
    Bonnet replaced with one from the sheddy turbo, grill sorted, front bumper all bolted up, turbo elbow all on and bolted up and a quick rub over with an oily rag.

    While working on my digidash I also found an hour to continue this project.
    Front panel, main lights and indicators on. Horn on and front bumper half on as I ran out of time

    Little update today
    Turbo exhaust elbow fixed
    Front panel found and ready to put on
    Large rubber boost pipe found
    Petrol pipe found

    Left to do
    Replace throttle cable DONE
    Replace 2 studs on the turbo flange and re-connect DONE
    Fit complete exhaust from my spares. Rear box to do
    Find my lost petrol pipe and attach the petrol tank, DONE
    pipe to fuel filler pipe and attach fuel filler pipe. DONE
    Attach a fuel filter between the tank and pump DONE
    Attached all HT leads DONE
    Attach inersia switch DONE
    Find my lost boost pipe DONE
    Attach sheddy bonnet DONE
    Attach sheddy front panel DONE
    Re-attach front lights etc, grill DONE
    Connect carb DONE
    Put petrol in it
    Sort no spark
    Sort non priming
    Connect battery and see what happens with fingers crossed. DONE
    IF its goes etc, put the dash in,
    Connect both front door electrics, connect a few wires, check to see if all works. DONE
    Do headlining
    Put front carpet and front seats in
    Hopefully should be done then
