Inlet and exhaust valve guide have the same external sizes?outside diameter and lenght?
I have to assume the only difference in the guide is the internal diameter to fit the thicker valve, I don't know if the outer size is different at the moment. I do have an old turbo cylinder head and will measure the difference for you.

It‘ s not necessary, Jeff, it was only if you knew it by memory. I will measure it myself and inform you about the results. I will buy 8 units of cam 5821 to try to machining it. Thank you very much for offering, Jeff.

Not a problem to do that for you but it's your choice

I can confirm they are the same but with the inner part reamed out more for the larger valve, all the other guides are the same as a normal cylinder head so you only need to ream out the exhaust guides to accommodate the larger valve

That's good news! Thanks for sharing the information Jeff. I have 8 new valve guides but the inside diameter is narrower than the diameter of the inlet valves.
The inner diameter of CAM5821 is 7.30 mm.
The diameter of the inlet valve is 7.41 mm.
The diameter of the exhaust valve is 7.96 mm.

The shop manual says the intake valve guide tolerance is between 7.45mm and 7.46mm, but I don't know what the tolerance is for the exhaust valve guide.
Does anyone know what the tolerance is for the exhaust valve guides?
Should an 8mm reaming fit with the exhaust valve? The tolerance will be 0.04um
