    And more
    Carb on
    Battery wires tidied up
Non cracked dash waiting to go back in.
The car is taking ages as it's like a jigsaw puzzle as so much has been removed, but it's slowly getting there.
Finding the right nuts, bolts, screws and trim clips in my stash is a bit of a challenge to say the least

        Not much encouragement here guys.
I guess no ones interested so I can't see the point of giving anymore updates on the progress.

I thought it was just an update thread. What encouragement do you need? You obviously know what you're doin and passionate about the cars, it's interesting to read but I didn't feel I had anything of value to add personally.

Should we introduce a 'back-patting' icon?

I'd like to see the progress as it continues personally but it's up to you

It' not that at all, I don't need 'back-patting' as you put it, but no comments on anything since december on updates makes you feel is it worth posting.

Keep posting, the reason i don't post is cos I've got no value to add really...

Wasn't being funny Jeff, just didn't know what you wanted from the comments lol.

Keep it up, it's a cracking thread, loads of detail, just how they should be. an interesting read. It can ruin a thread like this with pointless little comments in between IMO.

Maybe some better pictures might create more of a response. Pictures of a Montego with it's doors open and then closed don't really inspire.

I'm not a photographer so I take pictures as I see it, many thanks all for your comments and I will continue with updates.

Finally got some time to donate to the car today and very slow progress today.
Curse of Andy I think, well I was cursing him,
Hadn't noticed before but the front panel centre had been cut off, so the front bumper had to come off, ALL bolts were siezed solid.
Then trying to remove the exhaust two studs snapped while undoing them, so the exhaust flange on the turbo had to come off.
I've lost one of the boost pipes, so didn't get that finished

Down pipe is shot, no middle box and a bigbore back box. It's in good condition Rick if you still want it.
Throttle cable had been cut, no idea why. so I have replaced that
I had bought a long length of petrol pipe to replace the petrol tank pipes as they aren't up to scatch, and couldn't find it, so that didn't get done, on the plus side all of the re-wiring to the tank is now done.
Slam panel is on, and various other parts today.
I have to get back to the barn soon as various parts that are needed are still there.
