Hi jeff, coming on well, seat belts in rear are black as they are dealer rather than factory fitted. Seen this before on an mg1600. Mine had factory fitted and they were red

Guest repliedI think the rear belts are the same Jeff
put a pair of right hand ones in the efi they fit perfect

Guest repliedOriginally posted by Jeff Turbo View PostThese arrived today.
I also will be aquiring a newer dash display unit, complete wiring, sensors and a few other digidash parts from a friend in exchange for some early MG Montego Turbo parts.
Complete early headlining and sunroof surround, early electric window switches and early wiring loom. These are different to later (1987 on) cars.

Guest repliedNothing better than having an original Mk1 MG Monty Workshop manual to hand Jeff.

By the way i have a brand new rear light bulb check module for one of thoses should you need it
To reset the service light as follows:
Switch on ignition and ensure date is correct
Press and hold SELECT untill it displays english, briefly press SELECT again until screen goes blank
Press and hold RESET until OIL CHANGE appears, should be about 6 seconds release RESET
Press and RESET again until SERVICE RESET appears on right hand drive packs, again for about 6 seconds
Release RESET and press SELECT to revert to time and odometer.
Easy really according to my manual that Mal found for me. Ta MalLast edited by Jeff Turbo; 10th April 2012, 18:25.
